In accordance with Article 6 III of French Act no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (the "LCEN"), this legal notice informs visitors to sho-slave.xxx of the details of its publisher, its host and the terms of use.

This site is a personal and artistic site, non-commercial in nature, devoted to one adult's documentation, blog and gallery around the themes of BDSM, bondage, latex and chastity. Access to it is strictly reserved for persons of full age (18 and over).

Publisher of the site

sho-slave.xxx is published in a personal capacity.

Under Article 6 III 2 of the LCEN, the publisher of a non-professional site may, if they wish to preserve their anonymity vis-à-vis the public, make available to the public only the name or company name and the address of their host, provided that they have supplied the host with the personal identification details referred to in Article 6 III 1. The publisher, acting in a strictly personal and non-professional capacity, elects for that regime: only the host's details are made public, their identity having been supplied to the host.

Intellectual property

All the elements making up sho-slave.xxx — in particular the texts, blog articles, photographs, images, illustrations, videos, sounds, the visual identity, the structure, the logos, any trade marks and the source code — constitute a work protected by copyright and, more broadly, by intellectual property law. These elements are the exclusive property of the publisher, or are used under licence, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, extraction, re-use or exploitation, in whole or in part, of any of the site's elements, by any process and on any medium whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without the publisher's prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of the site or of any of its elements will be regarded as constituting an infringement and may give rise to proceedings, in particular on the basis of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. Downloading, capturing, redistributing or republishing the content, in particular visual content, on any third-party platform is expressly prohibited.

Warning — adults-only content (18+)

sho-slave.xxx publishes explicit content intended for an adult, forewarned audience, relating to BDSM practices, bondage, latex and chastity.

Access to and consultation of the site are strictly reserved for persons of full age, at least 18 years old (or having reached the age of majority in their country of residence).

By accessing the site, the visitor states and warrants that they:

  • are of full age and legally capable;
  • are viewing this content on their own initiative, in a strictly private and personal setting;
  • are not offended by depictions of a sexual, fetish or BDSM nature;
  • will not make this content accessible to minors and will take every useful measure to prevent access by minors.

The content presented concerns practices between consenting adults and serves an artistic, documentary and personal purpose. It constitutes neither an incitement, nor a guide, nor advice; some practices may carry risks and must under no circumstances be reproduced without appropriate knowledge, precautions and consent. Personal, artistic and non-commercial nature of the site

sho-slave.xxx is a personal and artistic project. Its purpose is personal documentation, expression and sharing.

The site is non-commercial:

  • no goods or services are sold on it;
  • no transaction and no payment takes place on the site;
  • no public account or customer area is offered.

The only data that may be collected is collected in that non-commercial setting: the e-mail address voluntarily provided when signing up to the newsletter (with double opt-in confirmation) and the information sent through the contact form. Audience measurement is carried out using a self-hosted, anonymous, cookieless solution (eTrack), with no advertising tracker; on that account it requires no prior consent. Detailed arrangements for the processing of data are set out, where applicable, in the site's privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

The site's content is offered on a personal, informational and artistic basis. The publisher endeavours to ensure that the information published is accurate and up to date, without however being able to guarantee that it is complete, precise or permanent.

The publisher cannot be held liable for:

  • direct or indirect damage resulting from accessing the site, from using it or from being unable to access it, nor for any technical malfunction, virus or anomaly;
  • the interpretation, use or reproduction, by the visitor or by a third party, of the information or practices mentioned on the site, these being risk-bearing practices between consenting, informed adults;
  • the consequences of access to the site by a minor or by a person who has not complied with the access conditions set out above.

The visitor acknowledges that they use the site under their sole and entire responsibility. The publisher reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the site, at any time and without notice, without incurring any liability.
